Test method - Skin irritation test for 48 hours
Apply the microneedle patch for 48 hours on the back of 31 participants. Each participant was observed after 30 minutes, 24 hours and 120 hours, respectively, after the removel of the patch on the skin reaction. The evaluation method is according to PCPC Safety Testing Guidelines (Personal Care Products Council) & ICDRG (International Contact Dermatitis Research Group).
